Test your knowledge about 15th Services by playing "Services Savvy" for a chance to win $100 in Services Bucks. Look for monthly questions online, in the Services Jams newsletter , the Kukini and on table toppers in selected Services facilities. Monthly winner will be selected randomly from correct montly answer submissions.
Directions for Play:
1. Answer the Savvy question with the appropriate Services facility.
2. All answers relate to Services facilities.
3. Complete entry form and submit at www.hickamservices.com.
4. Savvy questions will be replaced once a month coordinated with Jams distribution.
5. On the first Friday of the month, a random winner is selected from the correct answers of the previous month’s question.
6. Limit: one answer per month’s question.
Rules for Entry:
1. No purchase necessary.
2. Open to all Active Duty, DoD civilians and their families assigned to Hickam AFB.
3. Must be 18 years or older with valid DoD ID card.
4. 15th Services Marketing staff, Squadron Commander and Deputy to the Commander, Flight Chiefs and Facility Managers are not eligible to play.
5. Limit: one answer per month for the Savvy question.
6. Monthly winner will be selected randomly from correct monthly answer submissions.
7. 15th Services Marketing determines correct answer.
8. The monthly winner will be notified via email on the Monday following first Friday of the month.
9. Winner or authorized representative must redeem prize within 10 days of notification at 15th Services Marketing, Hangar 2, Suite 215, 900 Hangar Ave, .
10. Authorized representative must be identified by the winner and must provide identification and sign receipt for the prize.
11. Winners names will be posted in promotional materials in print and electronically and on the 15th Services website.
12. Monthly prize is $100 in Service Bucks and are not redeemable for cash.
